Catherine, Great hummus recipe! Love all the spice and heat that you tend to use... Lots of garlic and that jalapeno pepper with seeds equals hummus with a bite! Thanks and Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

Dear Catherine, I think I am caught up with your blog now. I am almost embarrassed to say that all these years of my cooking and creating recipes, I have never made Hummus. I have eaten it and I really love it, but never made it. Well, I love your recipe and I think it is about time that I make it! So easy and you have something so delicious. A great dish for a family gathering or even just for yourself. I also like your statement at the beginning of your post. "Sometimes our minds need to rest and dream; even if it is just for a minute." A perfect quote! Thank you for sharing your recipe...Blessings for a great weekend...:) Dottie
