The winter is struggling to stay; yet there is a new day waiting
"I cannot stay" says winter, though it is trying to grip its hold
"I cannot stay, for I am growing old and I am tired"
Fragile and tender spring is waiting, waiting
For spring carries the promise of new birth
The promise of brightness and fresh perfumes to fill the earth
Winter will come again for this is promised
Winter will come again
Catherine

Yummmm... i would have never thought to mix beans and pasta... nice and healthy food combination for sure. I am going to make this dish for sure~
Rice is the food most effective to work with beans to bring out the most nutrients from each. Pasta being a carb would definitely give the same results~
Thank you, thank you 🙂

I'm not a huge bean lover but I think this would be really tasty with the beans swapped out for some fresh spinach!!
