There was a dream
There was a dream
It danced in my heart
It danced in my heart
It is autumn and yet it dances on…
It dances to my song and I dance along
On in the mind of what was once a dream
Of what was once my song
Of what was once …
The dream will not fade
The dream is my song
It will go on..
It is my song

Dear Catherine,
Terrific! I love Fettuccini Alfredo! It truly is one of my favorites. Your rendition is great because it is light, and you used cottage cheese, which I have never had that ingredient in my Alfredo. Also, I love the idea of the honey as well..must make a wonderful combo. I always have the honey bear in my cupboard. He is so cute and delicious...Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe...
Blessings on the rest of the week Dottie 🙂

Catherine, I like the recipe for the light fettuccini Alfredo but I'm not sure about the honey... I like spicy better than sweet and I'd probably just add more garlic and red pepper flakes. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

Okay you probably know by now I am not a cook - but I love your food - and you give me some great ideas. This is another one - I usually think that is is heavy, but this looks so nice and light and healthy!
