There was a dream
There was a dream
It danced in my heart
It danced in my heart
It is autumn and yet it dances on…
It dances to my song and I dance along
On in the mind of what was once a dream
Of what was once my song
Of what was once …
The dream will not fade
The dream is my song
It will go on..
It is my song

Catherine, Your fettuccini is a dream and a work of poetry! I imagine the cottage cheese adds a nice texture =)
P.s. Did you write the poem? Or is it a song?
Catherine says
I write all of the poems on the blog.
Have a beautiful weekend.
Blessings dear. Catherine xo

Okay you probably know by now I am not a cook - but I love your food - and you give me some great ideas. This is another one - I usually think that is is heavy, but this looks so nice and light and healthy!

Wow! Honey and red pepper flakes? You are such a creative chef, Catherine! This lighter fettuccine sounds so good, especially with the unique ingredients. I wish I had a plate to try right now! Definitely saving this one!

Catherine, I like the recipe for the light fettuccini Alfredo but I'm not sure about the honey... I like spicy better than sweet and I'd probably just add more garlic and red pepper flakes. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
