I walk each day to the calling of time; simple, pleasurable time; I welcome the breeze that blows softly in my face. I cherish the smell of the salty air and the sound of the seagull's calling. This is the sound wakes my heart and stirs my senses. This is the music of time.

Ingredients:
16 oz. cottage cheese
¼ cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup fresh basil
¼ cup orange marmalade
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 lb. favorite macaroni or noodles
Prepare macaroni or noodles as directed; drain and set aside.
In a food processor combine the first 6 ingredients and process until smooth.
Butter a baking pan and place the macaroni in the pan. Pour the ingredients from the food processor and toss.
Crumb Topping:
1¼ cups flour
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
1 stick butter
Combine all of the above ingredients in a bowl and crumble with your fingers until small pieces form.
Prepare the crumb topping. Stir half of the topping into the noodles and the other half cover the top of noodles with.
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Bake 25-30 minutes.
