    Rose Water Iced Tea {By Tammy}

    Written by Living the Gourmet, a trusted food and lifestyle site since 2008.

    It is such a pleasure blogging for you today!

    For those of you who are new to the blog and don't know me, I am Catherine's daughter, Tammy.

    Every once in a while I like to sneak into the LTG kitchen and experiment...usually in the baking department, but enough about me.  Let's not dilly dally any longer shall we?

    It's warm and sunny outside and you're sitting at your computer cooped up inside.  Ok, well maybe you're sitting by the air conditioner, in which case, I totally understand.

    So whether you're chilling by the A/C, sitting pretty poolside or what have you, here is a delicious, whimsical drink that will help you to cool right down. (Did I mention it's super healthy too?)

    If you happen to have a rose bush near by, then this will be rather easy to prepare.  If not, time to visit the florist shop...

    Brighten up this drink with some fresh orange juice and white tea...or lemon juice can work just as well.
    ....oh yes and candied rose petals for garnish 😉

    "And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer."
    -F. Scott Fitzgerald
    Cheers to Summer.  To the long days and blazing sunsets.  The restless nights and starry skies.
    Never let a moment go to waste.  Soak up the sun and those moments of invincibility.  Cherish the time we have together and make everyday an everlasting memory.  Chase the golden hour.
    Stay tuned. I'll be taking over Living the Gourmet again very soon.
    Toodles for now,
    Tammy

      This looks so beautiful and even sounds beautiful! Even though I struggle with my one lone rosebush, I'm going to try this! Thank you for sharing such a lovely and different drink recipe. Catherine, hope you have a wonderful holiday!

      I've never tried Rose Water Iced Tea but it sounds very refreshing. I'll have to get some Rose Water and whip up a batch for those hot summer days! Thanks for sharing.

      Hi Tammy. It's so good to meet you! Thanks, too, for giving your mom a break and taking over for her today. It's nice and warm today, but we're inside anyhow because the storm clouds are heavy down here in the south. Rain definitely wouldn't keep me from trying this elegant, delicious tea though. It looks amazing.
