“BBQ” Style Chicken Thighs

I have not yet replaced the bbq that was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy.  Yes, it is on my "to do" list with many other items.  Until then, when the sun goes down and the cool of the evening arrives I made the closest next best thing.
Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs with bone in
For the BBQ Sauce:
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Combine all of the ingredients for the bbq sauce in a small bowl.
Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs.
Place in a baking dish and rub the chicken thighs all over with the sauce.
Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine

This chicken sounds great! I love oven baked chicken and I bet the sauce tastes great when it's baked! Thanks for sharing on Foodie Friends Friday!

This is mouth watering, and so simple. Personally I am glad you don't need a bbq for them as we have had so much rain recently!!
