Ingredients:
½ cup chocolate chips or pieces
2 tablespoons butter - melted
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup flour
2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ cup raisins - chopped
Gently melt the butter. Remove the butter from the heat and place the chocolate pieces in the warm melted butter, along with the peanut butter and stir.
Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until mixture slightly thickens.
Add the melted chocolate - peanut butter mixture and beat until well blended.
Mix in the flour and the chopped raisins.
Place batter in a buttered an 8 x 8 pan.
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Bake 20 minutes. Cool before cutting.
These are easy to whip up and are a delicious treat!
