Living the Gourmet is pleased to feature the Keen-Wah Decadence line from YOGA EARTH. I was introduced to the line by being asked to imagine I was savoring a decadent, dark chocolate bar with rich, smooth coco enveloping a light crunchy core and each bite melting in your mouth.
There was one caveat, however.  I didn't have to feel guilty about this luscious delight, just the opposite.
 Keen-Wah Decadence bars are designed to nourish the body while pleasing the senses.  In fact, each bar contains;
-         100% Organic ingredients
-         Is Gluten-Free
-         Vegan
-         Non-GMO
-         Complete Protein
-         Antioxidants
-         Omega 3s
-         No Soy Protein
-         10%+ Daily Protein
-         16%+ Daily Fiber

I was given the pleasure of sampling all three varieties:
Chocolate Chia is a mix of Peruvian cacao powder, chopped almonds, chia seeds, and Himalayan sea salt, blended with almond butter, coconut nectar and dark chocolate.
Coconut Almond is a mix of sliced coconut, quinoa crisps, and chopped almonds, blended in almond butter, coconut nectar, chia powder, and dark chocolate.
Cayenne Cinnamon, contained quinoa crisps, cayenne pepper, cinnamon cassia powder, and chopped almonds wrapped in dark chocolate and blended in a mix of almond butter, coconut nectar, and quinoa flour.
I thoroughly enjoyed the samples I was given and hope that you will also.
Enjoy,
Catherine

    Hope all is well,

This looks like something my human would eat. She loves quinoa in casseroles, and knows about their health benefits.

BTW, I am still organizing the blogs I was following through EC! If I haven't commented here it is because I have been waiting for you to come up with a tuna casserole recipe that only has tuna, cream and butter as ingredients - as a cat, I'm not much into noodles or veggies. But my human likes your recipes a lot and has printed out quite a few of them.
