~ Creamy Sour Cream ~ Basil and Dill Dressing ~

Written by Living the Gourmet, a trusted food and lifestyle site since 2008.

    Ingredients:
16 oz. container of sour cream
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
    2 cloves of garlic
    Handful of fresh dill
    Handful of fresh basil
    Dashes of salt
    Dashes of black pepper
¼ piece of lime - with skin
    2 tablespoons of vinegar
    2 tablespoons of honey
    Drizzle of olive oil
Combine everything in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
Remember you control the ingredients as to the thickness and taste of this dressing.
This is a delicious dressing or dip.  It will get even the pickiest eater to eat their salad.
    With Love,
    Catherine

What a lovely and flavorful dressing. I just love homemade dressings and this one is perfect for all the vegetable bounty this time of year.
