Ingredients:
3 lbs. of boneless pork loin
4 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of sun dried tomato
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Zest of ½ lemon
1 tsp. of dried oregano
Olive oil
Cube the meat. Place the meat in the food processor with the garlic and sun dried tomatoes and process until desired consistency.
Place the meat in a bowl and add the grated Romano cheese, lemon zest and the seasonings. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and work the meat with your hands.
Form the meat into the desired size pork burgers.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the pork burgers in the pan and let them get golden on one side before flipping to finish the cooking process.
These are a delicious burgers with your favorite toppings.

Oh this is so funny, Catherine. Guess what Marion and I had for dinner tonight? That's right, pork burgers! And although they were indescribably good (I'm sure it was the minced garlic in mine and not in Marion's:) that helped, I know they didn't taste as good as yours sound!!!
