As we bid farewell to summer, a new season begins, but it wouldn’t be fall without these pumpkin cheesecake squares!
This recipe is a perfect seasonal treat, that is easy to make and sure to please.
A rich pumpkin center baked over a spiced graham cracker crust, is then cloaked in a smooth cream cheese icing. For a little added touch, I topped each square with a little zest of citrus. It’s autumn in every bite!
