Ingredients:
2 bunches of fresh broccoli rabe - tough stems cut off
8 cloves of garlic - chopped
1 lemon - cut into wedges
Dashes of sea salt
Dashes of fresh ground black pepper
Dashes of red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Fresh Grated Romano cheese
Heat a large frying pan with a few drizzles of olive oil and the chopped garlic. Carefully add the broccoli rabe and the lemon wedges. Add the seasonings and cover loosely. Sauté until the broccoli rabe has cooked down and is tender.
Serve with fresh grated Romano cheese.
This is a perfect side dish.

I love this - cannot get broccoli rabe here - and when I can - it's pathetic. Tried growing it for two years and didn't work. Mesmerized and wishing for it.
