Catherine, I have just awakened to the fact that I do have 2 8x8 pans. never mind. silly me. Coffee just sunk in to my brain cells. 🙂

Thank you Catherine. In middle of making your Banana Nut Cake. Do not have two 8 X 8 pans but do have 2 bread loaf papmered chef pans. Bake time variation? Shout box answer @ HHM would be great. Appreciate it.
