Catherine, I love chicken and I like it prepared like this...sautéed/fried with different seasonings to provide variety. Best yet, any leftovers in my house would end up being great sandwiches! Thanks and Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

My New Year's resolution for next year is to start shopping online. I can't think of a better way than to begin with spices. I love that you have "breaded" these cutlets with potato flakes. Oh so yummy! I'm saving this link in my shopping folder. I sure could use a tasty Caribbean Spice Blend! Thanks for sharing, Catherine...

We don't have this spice as far as I know but we do have many like it and I'm intrigued but the potato flakes so I think I will give this a try with some I have. Are the spices a wet or dry mix?? If wet is it like a sauce or a paste??

Love this idea. I have a packet of Caribbean spices in the pantry. Not this brand, but thanks for the idea of how to use them.
