Not too long ago, we were asked to review Cluck 'n Moo, if we were interested.
A burger made up of beef and chicken?? It definitely caught our attention, needless to say, we agreed.
Today, Living the Gourmet is pleased to present Cluck 'n Moo Burgers...not to mention that today also happens to be National Cheeseburger Day!
Cluck 'n Moo Burgers exceeded our expectations. They were juicy and flavorful and honestly, we couldn't tell they were half chicken, half beef.
We prepared the cheeseburger paninis with fresh garden tomatoes, raw onions and of course, cheese. Keeping it simple made it easier for us to really 'taste' the burgers.
Cluck 'n Moo Burgers are crafted with humanely raised, antibiotic and hormone-free grass fed beef and chicken. Cluck 'n Moo is GF (gluten free) and has about half the fat than a regular burger.

First, I love the name! Second, it's good to know that the burgers were juicy. Too often poultry-based burgers are very dry.
