3 lbs. ground beef
2 cups of fresh breadcrumbs – (made from hard Italian bread and seasoned to taste)
3 eggs
4 cloves garlic - chopped
½ cup - fresh parsley – chopped
½ cup - left over mashed sweet potatoes
Dashes – black pepper
Dashes – dried oregano
Dashes - paprika
1 tablespoon - soy sauce
1 tablespoon - Teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon - Worcestershire Sauce

Glaze:
2 tablespoons - Ketchup
1 teaspoon - brown sugar
1 teaspoon – soy sauce
1 teaspoon – Teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon – Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon - brown sugar
1 teaspoon – soy sauce
1 teaspoon – Teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon – Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat Oven – 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf and mix well. Form the meat into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish. Combine all of the ingredients for the glaze in a small dish and brush over the top of the meatloaf.Place in the oven and bake about 55-60 minutes.
This is so delicious and oh so satisfying!
