I love brined chicken and I like your recipe for brine, I use a recipe of milk, tomato paste, oregano, sugar, salt, olive oil and chilly powder for a spicy chicken. You're surprising like always Catherine darling. And I want to tell you how enchanted I am by your Tammy :). She is magical.
