Baked Sweet and Spicy Peppers
Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 long hot peppers
- 4 cloves of garlic - chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat Oven 350 degreesPlace the peppers whole on a baking pan.
- Bake until the peppers are soft; about 20-25 minutes.
- Let the peppers cool. Remove the stems and slice the peppers.
- Place in a bowl with the garlic, oil and seasonings.
