    Baked Sweet and Spicy Peppers

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 3 bell peppers
    • 3 long hot peppers
    • 4 cloves of garlic - chopped
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. dried oregano
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil

    Instructions

    Preheat Oven 350 degreesPlace the peppers whole on a baking pan.

    1. Bake until the peppers are soft; about 20-25 minutes.
    2. Let the peppers cool. Remove the stems and slice the peppers.
    3. Place in a bowl with the garlic, oil and seasonings.
