    Cranberry Morning Muffins

    Ingredients:
    For the Cranberries:
    ½ cup dried cranberries
    ¼ cup milk
    For the Muffins:
    2 eggs - beaten
    ¼ cup milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1¾ cups flour - sifted
    ¼ tsp. salt
    ¼ cup sugar
    2 - 4 tablespoons butter - melted
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
    Soak the cranberries in the milk.
    Gently melt the butter.
    In a bowl, combine the sifted flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add the eggs.  Add the butter and the milk and cranberries.
    Combine the mixture with only a few strokes.
    Butter the muffin tins and fill with the batter.  Sprinkle the muffin tops with sugar.
    Bake 20-25 minutes.
    Perfect muffins for a quick breakfast.

      i looove muffins and these are looking delicious. i usually post on my blog stff about beauty, fashion.. but tomorrow i'll post a recipe. something with healthy food 🙂
