1 cup walnuts
1 ½ teaspoon rum extract
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup confectioners sugar
zest of 1 lemon
zest of ½ orange
½ stick butter
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 egg
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In food processor chop walnuts until almost fine.
Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
In separate bowl combine rum extract, butter, buttermilk, lemon juice, egg, mix with hand mixer.
Combine both bowls and mix with hand mixer until smooth.
Place with spoon non-stick baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
