Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 egg
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets.
In a bowl blend flour, baking soda and cinnamon together. Set aside.
Using your stand mixer, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and maple syrup. Slowly add in the dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms. Add raisins and oats and fold into batter.
Drop about a teaspoon full of batter on each cookie sheet. Should make about 24 cookies.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy!
Toodles,
