SpooktacularGlutenfreeHalloweenDesserts
If you love Halloween, you will love SPOOKtacular Gluten-Free Halloween Desserts by Manasi, Kanta, and Vidura Barrios.

This collective book is a family effort with recipes tried and perfected by mother-daughter bakers extraordinaire, Kanta and Manasi while son, Vidura, took charge of the editorial aspect. The outcome is not only familial and engaging but also healthy and delicious.

Each satisfying dessert is made with all-natural ingredients, but no gluten or dairy. The Barrios family created this book because options for gluten-free desserts featuring wholesome ingredients were scarce. Each recipe features are variety of step-by-step images so each Spooktacular creation can be made in a snap.

SPOOKtacular Gluten-Free Halloween Desserts has debuted at #3 for Halloween cookbooks on Amazon, and the Barrios family has collaborated on several more projects which will available in 2014.

So this year give your Halloween party a tasteful surprise- delicious, all-natural desserts that aren't frightful at all!

Today, Living the Gourmet is happy to bring Chilling Monsters to the Halloween celebration. These little treats are a wonderful way to serve up cereal- covered in chocolate with hints of raisin and peanut clusters!

Catherine, I can see us making these 'cookies' as a dessert for our next wine tasting. As for Halloween, good news and bad news... Where we live, there aren't very many kids and the houses are spread out so we don't get any trick or treaters. We do save a lot of money though! Where we lived in Chicago, it wouldn't have been unusual to have 300 kids come to our door! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

Hi Catherine, I see you have been busy! These little monsters look really yummy. All the ingredients are a great combination. Very easy, and a great snack when you are looking for that little something to crunch, and they contain chocolate! I also love anything with raisins. Happy Halloween! Blessings for a wonderful Sunday, Dottie 🙂
