Living the Gourmet is pleased to present Healthy Solutions Spice Blends.  Described as a 'smart choice for mealtime,' while making it possible to 'Create Gourmet Meals in minutes,' these unique blends of herbs and spices offer convenience and full-flavor in easy to store, fresh-sealed packets.

Whether grilling, broiling, or baking, Healthy Solutions has a pre-measured blend to suit your culinary needs.  The spice blends are currently offered in sixteen varieties, eight designed for meat, and eight for seafood.  The meat varieties include Authentic Chili/Tacos, Bold Beef Rub, Hearty beef Stew, Italian Meatballs, Perfect Steak, Pork & Poultry Rub, Savory Mealoaf, and Ultimate Burger.

The seafood varieties include Cajun Seafood, Encrusted Haddock, Grilled Swordfish, Herb Crusted Tilapia, Lemon Pepper Scallops, Salmon with Dil, Sesame Ginger Tuna, and Shrimp Scampi.

Healthy Solution Spice Blends are unadulterated by fillers, excess bulk, and MSG, creating pure, 'concentrated flavor.'  Unlike most other spice blends, sugar and salt, which are typically used as but not 'considered' a bulk filler, are used added where necessary for blend flavor.
Having had the opportunity to sample these spice blends, Living the Gourmet can easily and eagerly recommend Healthy Solutions Spice Blends.

**I was given these products for review.  I was not financially compensated for this post. All opinions expressed are my own.
