Ingredients:
8 medium size apples - peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup raisins
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
For Crumble:
1 cup toasted almond crunch cereal
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
In a large bowl toss together apples, raisins and sugar.
In separate bowl combine all ingredients called for the crumble. Mix with hands or fork, until crumbly.
Align the apple mixture at the bottom of tart dish and sprinkle crumble over the top.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until crumb topping is browned and apples are bubbling around the sides.
Remove and let cool on a cooling rack.
Serve with whipped cream if desired.
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine

Instead of whipped cream I'd like some vanilla ice cream. Yummy.

Yumm! This looks so incredibly delicious, it's not even funny. I love the idea to use a crunch cereal for part of the granola topping too, makes the process seem a bit less daunting to me or something. ha because even I can open up a box of cereal! Now adding the oats+cinnamon+flour+butter mixture I'm not so sure about but baby steps, right? 😉
I also love your scalloped white bowl P.S. It's really cute!
