A few weeks ago, I received a call from my brother Michael, and imagine my delight and surprise when he announced that I would be receiving a delivery from Allen Brothers!
While the box came packed to the brim with steaks and chops, my inner child just had to try the Chicago-style 'steakhouse-dogs' first.
I've seen these advertised over the years, and I have to say, these beautiful steakhouse-dogs truly live up to the hype and, quite literally, are the best hotdogs I've ever had. Packing a thick, crisp bite, overflowing with juice, and supremely fresh tasting, I didn't once even think about dousing them in the usual condiments or dressings.
In closing, a big thanks to my big brother!
Enjoy with Love,
Catherine
