Whipped Herbed Butter (recipe below)

Tipperary Extra Sharp Cheddar
Pimento-stuffed green olives

For the whipped butter:
1 package of Tipperary Salted Irish Butter, softened
1 teaspoon fresh sage, finely chopped
4 cloves roasted garlic
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients for whipped butter and mix together. Transfer to a serving bowl.
I always place the dips or spreads in the center and work from the center out. So, place the whipped butter in the center of your desired board and surround it with your favorite appetizers.
I kept the dry appetizers on one side so the juice of the fruit did not transfer onto the bread (or if you choose, crackers).
Garnish with some herbs for added color. Since it's the holiday, I used sprigs of rosemary and a few sage leaves.
