Ingredients

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of your favorite candy bar, chopped
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate
  • Candy eyeballs
  • Sprinkles
  • Gel icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, egg, water, oil, instant coffee, and vanilla until a thick batter forms.
  3. Add chopped candy to the brownie batter and fold to incorporate.
  4. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-38 minutes, depending on the range of your oven. The center should be set, and the edges should be pulled from the side.
  5. Transfer to a wire rack to let cool completely before decorating.
  6. Once decorated, let the chocolate and icing set before serving. Enjoy!
