- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup ice water
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend flour, cheese, herbs, and spices, along with cubed butter. Blend until crumbly.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Onto a lightly floured surface, divide the dough and roll out each half to about 1/4 inch thickness. Using your desired cookie cutter or pastry knife, cut out your crackers.
- Lay them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 9-10 minutes, depending on your oven range.
