Ingredients
- 4 filet mignon wrapped in bacon
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic
- Andria's Steak Sauce
Instructions
- Pat the filet mignons with a paper towel, then season each side with salt and pepper.
- In a large cast iron frying pan over high heat, melt down butter with olive oil. Once the butter has melted add rosemary and garlic.
- Once the garlic and rosemary has fried and is golden, add the filets. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Brush the filets with the steak sauce on both sides while still in the pan.
- Remove and serve immediately with your desired sides.
