Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 4 filet mignon wrapped in bacon
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Andria's Steak Sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat the filet mignons with a paper towel, then season each side with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large cast iron frying pan over high heat, melt down butter with olive oil. Once the butter has melted add rosemary and garlic.
  3. Once the garlic and rosemary has fried and is golden, add the filets.  Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Brush the filets with the steak sauce on both sides while still in the pan.
  5. Remove and serve immediately with your desired sides.
