Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks (fresh & pasteurized)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
- 8 ounces hot coffee
- Dark chocolate, for topping
- Cinnamon, for topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together yolks, vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk until thick and frothy.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream to the bottom of your desired mug, pour over your fresh hot coffee. Pour the custard on top, then top it off with chocolate shavings and cinnamon.
