Ingredients
- 1 cup TruEats Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup whole milk (or milk alternative- oat milk works really well here especially)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients above until well blended.
- Preheat your non-stick waffle iron over medium heat, lightly greased with butter. If you're using a standard waffle iron use about 1/2 cup batter per waffle. For mini waffles (as shown in this post), use about 2-3 tablespoons of batter.
- Cook until the waffles have risen and are golden brown, about 3 minutes. Serve & enjoy!
