Ingredients
- 6 Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 2 tbs. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
Instructions
- Preheat Oven 425 degrees F.
- Peel and slice the potatoes “matchstick like” and place in a large bowl.
- Using a paper towel dry the excess moisture from the potatoes.
- Place the two tablespoons of cooking oil in a small bowl.
- Add the seasonings to the cooking oil and pour over the potatoes, gently tossing to cover each potato.
- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay the slices out single file.
- Bake 25 – 30 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
