Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 bottle of dry red wine
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4 star anise

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, whisk together brandy and honey. Add wine, whisking until all is combined.
  2. Add sliced fruit and spices.
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium-gentle heat then reduce to a gentle heat and cook on low for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
