  • 3 1/2 lb. whole chicken - cleaned

Rub for the Chicken


Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and stir to form a creamy mixture.
  2. Massage the skin of the chicken with the rub.
  3. Place on the hook and place in a large baking pan.
  4. Preheat oven 350 degree F.
  5. Place the chicken in the oven.
  6. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until the juices run clear and the skin is a beautiful golden color.
