Ingredients

  • 3 bananas - sliced lengthwise
  • 3 tbs. butter
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat a large frying pan with the butter, salt, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Stir until the butter is melted. Add the banana slices and cook until the bananas have a nice glaze.
  3. Plate and serve with vanilla ice cream and shaved chocolate for garnish.
