Lavender Irish Cream Ice Cream {No Churn}

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon lavender, crushed
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl whisk together condensed milk, vanilla, Irish cream, lavender and salt. Fold into the whipped cream until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and store in the freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
