Peanut Butter M&M’s Cookies

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter – softened
  • 1 egg
  • 11/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of M&M’s Peanut – chopped


  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl mix the vanilla, brown sugar, white sugar, butter and the egg with an electric mixer; add the peanut butter and mix gently.
  3. In a separate bowl sift the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and gently mix; stir in the chopped M&M’s Peanut.
  4. Form the dough into a ball and place in plastic wrapping. Refrigerate the dough for one to two hours.
  5. Form the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on un-greased cookie sheets. Gently press each cookie down with a fork in both directions.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly golden on the edges.
  7. Let cookies cool for a minute on the cookie sheet then place on a cooling rack.
