Easter Fudge Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream plus 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon corn syrup
  • M&M’s® Easter Sundae
  • Starburst® Strawberry and Original Jellybeans

Instructions

  1. In a double broiler, melt down white chocolate, 1/4 cup heavy cream and corn syrup. Stir until smooth. Remove from the broiler and set aside.
  2. Place the dark chocolate over broiler with 1 tablespoon of cream. Stir until smooth and remove.
  3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, pour the melted white chocolate onto the pan and gently spread it out over the pan with a spatula.
  4. Drizzle the dark chocolate over the white chocolate and with a thin knife, swirl the dark chocolate throughout the white.
  5. Sprinkle generously with M&M’s® and assorted Starburst® Jellybeans.
  6. Place in a refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once the fudge bark has set, take a sharp knight and break it into pieces. Place the bark into gift bags for your Easter basket.

Notes

Keep the fudge bark refrigerated before serving or gifting.
