Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 pints of Coconut Vanilla Bean
  • 1 pint of Almond Milk Mocha Almond Fudge
  • 1 cup of maraschino cherries - drained and halved
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips - coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup of almonds - chopped
  • Approximately 36 ladyfingers
  • Butter for greasing the pan
  • 1 spring-form pan

Instructions

  1. Let the So Delicious frozen treats soften to a consistency that is easy to spread; such as the consistency of soft butter.
  2. Butter the sides and bottom of the spring-form pan.
  3. Layer the bottom and sides of the pan with ladyfingers.
  4. Smooth the Coconut Vanilla Bean on top of the ladyfingers followed by a layer of crushed almonds, chocolate chips and drizzling of chocolate syrup.
  5. Place another layer of ladyfingers. Spread the Almond Milk Mocha Almond Fudge followed by more crushed almonds, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup and halved cherries.
  6. Repeat this process until the top of the pan is reached, ending with the almonds topped with chocolate syrup, chocolate chips and decorated with the cherries.
  7. Cover gently with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until firm.
