Ingredients
- 4 - 5 lbs. shell steaks
For the Marinade:
- 8 oz. orange marmalade
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbs. teriyaki sauce
Instructions
- Combine all of the above in a bowl and mix. Place the steaks in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to overnight.
- Set up barbecue and grill steaks to how you like them cooked.
