Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 16 oz. of Chorizo Sausage
  • 2 cloves of grilled garlic, grated
  • 3 tbs. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of loosely packed chopped scallions (about 2-3 scallions)
  • 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
  • 2 tbs. Miller's Banana Pepper Sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Colby Jack cheese, grated

Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 tbs. Miller's Banana Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tbs. honey

Garnish:

  • Italian parsley, chopped
  • Scallions, chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients for the dipping sauce and stir. Set aside.
  • Combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl and mix.  Be sure not to overmix.
  • Using about 1 rounded tablespoon, form and shape the meatballs.
  • Place in the air-fryer and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degree F., rotating halfway, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 160 degrees F.
