Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 tbs. Andria's Barbecue Sauce, plus more for brushing
  • 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plain Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 - 3 tbs. parsley
  • 1/4 cup scallions ( about 4 scallions), chopped
  • 1 clove roasted garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • Your choice of rolls for the sliders
Garnish for the Sliders:
  • Munster cheese (or your favorite sliced cheese)
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Pickles, your choice
  • Sliced red onion
  • Salad greens, your choice
  • Extra BBQ sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the turkey sliders in a bowl and gently mix.  Do not overmix.
  2. Form the sliders into the desired size and place them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.  This will help the sliders keep their shape while cooking.
  3. Heat a large frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Place the sliders in the pan over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the range of your stovetop. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.  The cooking time will depend on the size and thickness of the sliders being cooked.
  5. Using a spatula, firmly push the spatula under the slider to flip.
  6. Brush the cooked side with Andria’s Barbecue Sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve on your desired slider bun with your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
