- 4 hot dog buns
- Miller’s Banana Pepper Sauce (Hot, Mild, or Habanero)
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a small cast-iron pan over high heat, cook down sweet onion with a teaspoon of sugar until caramelized. Set aside.
- On a grill or griddle pan, toast hot dog buns.
- Grill hot dogs 5-7 minutes, turning frequently.
- Assemble the hot dogs on the toasted buns and top with grilled onions, shredded cheese, and Miller's Banana Pepper Sauce.
