Ingredients
- 12 - 14 chicken wings, tips removed
- 2 tbs. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbs. (one packet) of Nongshim Shin soup packet
- 1/2 cup of flour, plus 1 packet of Nongshim Shin soup packet
- Olive oil for drizzling
For honey sauce:
- 3 tbs. honey
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsps. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and drizzle the 2 tbs. of sesame oil over the wings along with the garlic powder and Nongshim Shin packet then toss.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the flour in a shallow dish and add the packet of Nongshim Shin mix.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the chicken is a beautiful golden and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Prepare the honey sauce to serve with the chicken wings.
For honey sauce:
- Combine the ingredients for the honey sauce and serve with the chicken wings.
- If you would like the honey sauce to have a bit of heat add 1 tsp. of chili paste.
