Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings, tips removed
- Parchment paper to line the pan
For the Rub:
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
For the Honey, Ginger, and Garlic Sauce:
- 3 tbs. honey
- 2 large fresh garlic cloves, grated
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F. and line two large cast iron frying pans or a large baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cut the tips of the chicken wings and pat dry.
- Mix the ingredients for the rub and apply to the wings.
- Place the wings in the prepared pans and bake for 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the Honey, Ginger, and Garlic Sauce by whisking all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush the wings with the honey and ginger sauce then place back in the oven for another 35-40 minutes until nice and golden.
- Serve and enjoy!
