Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Apple Cider
  • 1 ounce Chicken Cock Whiskey
  • 2 ounces ginger seltzer or club soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon edible glitter, optional
  • Apple roses, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. For the apple roses, slice one apple thinly.  Let the apple slices soak in a bowl of ice water with lemon juice for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place apple slices on a parchment line baking tray overlapping slightly if necessary.  I used the convection oven to make these but you can also use the microwave or air-fryer.
  3. Heat the apple slices for about 3-5 minutes at 350 degrees F. if using the convection oven or air fryer.
  4. Once the apple slices have softened, gently roll them up to form little roses.  Secure them with a toothpick and set aside.
  5. In a small dish combine cinnamon and raw sugar.
  6. Line the rim of your desired cocktail glass with a lemon wedge and dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar.
  7. Next, add the ice.  Now combine the apple cider, whiskey, seltzer, and edible glitter.
  8. Garnish with the apple roses and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
