- 1 box chocolate fudge or chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup neutral oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil. Add chocolate chips and peanuts until incorporated.
- Scoop about a heaping tablespoon amount of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently press each cookie down.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until set. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve with ice cream if desired! Enjoy!
