Ingredients
- 6 Pork Rib End Chops, about 1/2 inch thickness
For the BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 3 tbs. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbs. raisins
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients for the BBQ sauce in the bullet blender attachment for the food processor. Give a few good chops.
- Place the pork chops in a large bowl and rub the entire BBQ sauce into the chops.
- Place plastic wrap over the bowl and refrigerate for one to two hours.
- Heat a large cast iron frying pan place two to three pork chops in the heated pan and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes per side and there are no pink juices remaining.
- The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the pork chops that are being cooked. Discard any remaining BBQ sauce that was used with the raw pork!!
- Make a fresh batch of BBQ sauce to dip the cooked pork chops in.
