Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 oranges, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped fine
  • 4 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 tray of ice, about 16 cubes

For garnish:

  • Maraschino cherries
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Place the quartered oranges, heavy cream, shredded coconut, sugar, chopped ginger, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until nice and creamy.
  2. Serve in your favorite glass topped with shredded coconut and a Maraschino cherry.
