Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 4 medium to large cloves of garlic - gently grilled in the skin
- 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tbs. of olive oil
- 4 tsp. of fresh lemon juice
- Garnish with a small drizzle of olive oil
- Garnish with dashes of fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Serve with your favorite veggies and/or crackers
- Heat a small cast iron frying pan and place the fresh garlic, in the skin, in the frying pan. Grill until the skin becomes slightly charred. Let the garlic cool a bit, then pop out of the skin.
- In a food processor combine the cream cheese, feta cheese, grilled garlic, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Process until creamy.
- Serve with a delicate drizzle of olive oil and fresh ground black pepper.
